Stories are meant for everyone, from the tiny to the tall. Storyteller and puppeteer Lona Bartlett will share delightful tales online that the whole family can enjoy together, featuring puppets, folktales, and stories that will bring smiles and giggles to all.

These virtual performances can be viewed on the YCL YouTube Channel beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, through Saturday, September 20.

  • "Dog, Cat, and Mouse"
This playful folktale explains how Dog, Cat, and Mouse stopped being friends — and why they still chase each other today.

  • "The Old Woman and the Giant"
In this lively tale, an old woman and her daughter face a greedy giant. Using the powerful sounds of a drum and a gong, they prove that courage and cleverness can be louder than fear.

  • "Little Tiger and Breaking Wood"
In this charming fable about a bundle of sticks, Little Tiger discovers that we are stronger when we work together.
