Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a sitting position.  You don't need to be in shape, just have an open mind.  There are many benefits that come from yoga.  It improves your circulation, flexibility, balancing while reducing joint pain and stress.  Please bring a yoga mat or any props you have available.
