Event Details

Join us for a "WILD" event with Ms. Alex and the animals of Exotic Encounters! Children will enjoy learning about animals through storytelling, demonstrations, and a whole lot of hands-on fun! Get up close with critters from Africa, Brazil, India, and more!  Registration is required. Ages 6-11. Register online or call (803) 981-5888, starting November 1. Limit 50.

This program aligns with YCL’s social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to “read”, recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise, learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
