Escape the cold with a cozy DIY hot cocoa concoction at the library. Ages 9-11. Limit 16. Register online or call 803-547-4114, starting Feb. 14. 

This program aligns with YCL's social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to "read," recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise, learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
