Rubber ducks have fandoms too! Join us in creating rubber duck cosplay masterpieces. Each duck can be whoever you would like it to cosplay as!

Ages 11-17. Limit 20. Due to calendar software transition, please call 803-981-5870 or stop by the YA dept. to register for this event, starting April 23. Thank you for your understanding.
