Talk Like a Pirate Day

Join fellow buccaneers for a fun filled event with pirate-themed stories, games and activities that will unleash your child’s inner pirate while supporting their development in key areas. Ages 6-8. Limit 16. Register online or call 803-547-4114, starting Sept. 5. 

This program aligns with YCL's social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to "read," recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise, learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
