Do you have a vegetarian or vegan coming to your Thanksgiving dinner, or do you want a healthier option for your guests? Let us help you figure out a good main dish for them! Librarian and vegetarian Madison will showcase one of her favorite mains, which includes a tasting and recipe card for everyone. Registration begins November 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Limited to 10, but if you can't come and would like the recipe you may email Madison.
