Chair yoga is accessible to all! Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a chair. You don't need to be in shape or flexible; you just need to be willing!

Reading aloud helps young students expand vocabulary and improve comprehension.  A friendly face, particularly one accompanied by a wagging tail, can help ease reading jitters and build self-confidence in readers who want extra practice.
