Calling all wiggly giggly preschool bookworms! Join us for stories, songs, and activities for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.

York County Public Safety Communications will be visiting the Lake Wylie Library for a preschool storytime featuring age appropriate stories and activities, as well as 911 educational resources for parents.

It’s that time of year - the holidays are fast approaching! 

Before our families begin gathering, join us for an afternoon discussion of our favorite holiday foods.

Join us at Miracle Park for an outdoor, family-friendly storytime.  We will read stories, sing songs, and more. Come early (3:15–3:45 p.m.) and check out books from the library bookmobile.

Children ages 0-5 are invited to enjoy a day of carnival-themed fun at the library! Join us for playful games, creative crafts, and tasty snacks in a festive, kid-friendly atmosphere.

Join other fans to view and discuss Japanese anime and manga, share your work, and enjoy snacks! Appropriate cosplay is welcome! Ages 12-18.  Limit 16. Register online or call 803-547-4114, starting Nov. 4.

Teens - join us in giving back to animals in need! You can earn 1.5 hours of volunteer time. Help us create toys and blankets for dogs & cats. All of the items will be donated to the York County Animal Control. Need additional volunteer time?
