Have a crochet, embroidery, knitting, or other needlework project you're working on? Interested in meeting other stitchers to share tips and experiences while we work? Join our drop-in stitching group! All skill levels are welcome.

Step into an enchanting forest of fun at our Woodland Wonders Ornament Painting Party! Kids are invited to get creative and make woodland animals ornaments! All supplies provided. Ages 6-11. Limited to 10 kids.

Make some holiday cards at the library with all our craft supplies! Make some for friends or family, or to donate to local groups who might need some cheering up this holiday season. Ages 9-11.

Join us at Miracle Park for an outdoor, family-friendly storytime.

Join the York Public Library and learn chess basics, strategies, tactics and test your skills in 1-on-1 or chess games. All ages and skill levels are welcome!

Calling all crafty kids! All kids ages 6-11 are invited to come and join us for a relaxing night of making decoupage candle jars! All supplies will be provided so all you need to do is come and hang out!

Get ready to let your imagination soar as we build and create with Legos supplied by the library! 

Work as a team to try and find clues while we explore Old Town Rock Hill! We will meet at Fountain Park before we set off on our adventures. Ages 12-18. A signed permission form is required.

Get involved with the Library by joining our Teen Advisory Board (TAB). All teens are welcome. Share ideas for creating our next after hours event. Ages 12-18.

Teens & Tweens, join us the last Monday of every month for Culture Club! This time we will be learning about Italy and trying foods from this country! Registration required.
