This is a workshop for writers of any skill level, and housed or unhoused!!  Facilitated by Matt Shaw of Speak Up Magazine, a publication written by people facing homelessness.  Mr.

Bring your crafting projects (crochet, knitting, cross stitch, anything you can carry) and work along with other crafty people in the neighborhood.

Have a crochet, embroidery, knitting, or other needlework project you're working on? Interested in meeting other stitchers to share tips and experiences while we work? Join our drop-in stitching group! All skill levels are welcome.

Zumba is an excellent high-intensity dance workout for all fitness levels. It provides many health benefits, including lowering blood pressure, improving endurance and pain tolerance, and encouraging social interaction.

Join us at York County Library Main for a workout. A certified trainer will conduct exercise classes and explain the importance of eating healthy, exercising, and weight training. Registration is required. Register online or call 803-981-5860.

Chair yoga is accessible to all! Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a chair. You don't need to be in shape or flexible; you just need to be willing!
