Chair yoga is accessible to all! Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a chair. You don't need to be in shape or flexible; you just need to be willing! Experience many benefits, including improved circulation, flexibility, and balance, while reducing joint pain and stress. No registration required. This program aligns with YCL’s health literacy framework, which addresses the ability to find, understand, and use information and services to inform health-related decisions and actions for themselves and others.
