Are you feeling stressed or need to take a couple minutes to reset during the week? Want to have tools to use when you get overwhelmed? Then this program is for you! Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects each of us with the light and love in our hearts. Join Prabhu, who will be conducting the sessions and has been a practitioner for the past 20 years, through the guided practice of Heartfulness. Learn to clear your mind, connect with your body and mind, and alleviate difficult emotions through this four-week workshop. Each session will expand upon the previous week's information, so attendance for each session is highly recommended. You can learn more about Heartfulness at www.heartfulnessinstitute.org.
This program aligns with YCL’s social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to “read,” recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise, learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
Registration is highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Registration opens March 8, 2025. Please register for your first session only.
