Event Details

Calling all wiggly giggly preschool bookworms! Join us for stories, songs, and activities for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. July 2025 Session will begin on July 7th and will run through July 21st--a total of three story time meetings. Register online or call (803) 684-3751, starting June 23rd. 

This program aligns with YCL’s family literacy framework, which addresses the ability to incorporate whole families into activities between parents and children in order to build formative developmental skills; YCL’s information and media literacy framework, which addresses the ability to seek, evaluate, use, and create information effectively to achieve personal, social, occupational, and educational goals; and YCL’s social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to “read,” recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
