Event Details

Calling all wiggly giggly preschool bookworms! Join us for stories, songs, and activities for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. June 20205 Session will begin on June 2nd and will run through June 23rd--a total of three story time meetings. (We will not meet on June 16th.) Register online or call (803) 684-3751, starting May 19th. 

This program aligns with YCL’s family literacy framework, which addresses the ability to incorporate whole families into activities between parents and children in order to build formative developmental skills; YCL’s information and media literacy framework, which addresses the ability to seek, evaluate, use, and create information effectively to achieve personal, social, occupational, and educational goals; and YCL’s social and emotional literacy framework, which addresses the ability to “read,” recognize, and respond appropriately to emotions and feelings in oneself and in others; likewise learning how to build and maintain respectful relationships.
