Join us for an interactive storytime designed for little bookworms ages 3-5. We will be listening to stories, singing songs, learning rhymes, and unleashing lots of wiggles and giggles together.

This playful bilingual program introduces little ones to the foundations of French through engaging storytime, sing-alongs, and interactive games.

Reading aloud helps young students expand their vocabulary and improve comprehension.  A friendly face, particularly one accompanied by a wagging tail, can help ease reading jitters and build self-confidence in readers who want extra practice

A chess group for adults! Come on in and play a few games of chess, or learn how to play. All skill levels are welcome! All materials provided.  

Interested in genealogy? Need help with your research? This small support group meets the first Saturday of each month for education, support, and friendship. All skill levels are welcome. Come join us and learn more about your family story.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Friends of the York County Library, the Library has invited author and Rock Hill native Judy Kurtz Goldman to speak on her new memoir, The Rest of Our Lives.

Teens - earn 1.5 hours of volunteer time while meeting and interacting with other teen volunteers! Most activities will consist of helping us with crafts, sorting materials, etc.
