Have a crochet, embroidery, knitting, or other needlework project you're working on? Interested in meeting other stitchers to share tips and experiences while we work? Join our drop-in stitching group! All skill levels are welcome.

Let's build those bodies and strengthen our muscles. Join us at the library for a workout. A certified trainer will conduct exercise classes and explain the importance of healthy eating, exercise, and weight training.

Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a sitting position.  You don't need to be in shape, just have an open mind.  There are many benefits that come from yoga.
