Week Calendar

Come learn how to make a stocking with your own sewing machine! All fabric provided. 

Prerequisite skills: participants must know how to thread their own machine and thread their own bobbin.

Parents and littles aged 0 to 3 years are invited to a fun yoga class together. Learn how you can practice with your little one and find a more calm and present version of yourself.  

Chair yoga is accessible to all! Enjoy the company of others while practicing yoga safely from a chair. You don't need to be in shape or flexible; you just need to be willing!
